Quick correction: Turns out the Algorand Foundation announced that early backer / node runner accelerated vesting had completed on October 5th. This was after I had done research for the video, so it completely fell through the cracks

My mistake there.

But I would argue my point still stands. There’s still a lot of ALGO that’s vesting and waiting to be sold, and as I mentioned in the video, it’s likely these early backers / node runners were staking their locked ALGO and earning additional rewards during that time. I reckon this is why ALGO’s price is still suppressed…
